SHIPPING INFO

At SS Art Melbourne, we take pride in our handmade polymer clay art figurines and want to make sure they arrive at your doorstep safely. Standard shipping is through Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you can generally expect 3-5 days for delivery, unless living remotely (may take longer) or due to unforeseen circumstances that are our of our control. Expect shorter times for local delivery or pickup. Items will be securely boxed and bubble wrapped for your peace-of-mind. At this time we are only offering delivery within Australia but we will add international shipping later.
Free delivery on all clay figurines within Australia. We don't ship internationally at this stage, unless for special requests. Local customers in Melbourne may choose to come and pickup from our address, or we can organise to meet you somewhere for hand-hand delivery (have proof of ID and product ID ready). REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All of our products/figurines are handmade, and we can be guaranteed that you are purchasing something unique. So please choose carefully as we don’t offer a refund once you have chosen.
Damages and storage. They are best kept at room temperature, away from sunlight and heat, due to the materials used (polymer light clay). SS Art Melbourne takes no responsibility on framed figurines that have suffered damage as a result of being exposed to unfavorable conditions and therefore cannot offer a refund on neglected products.
Regarding the frames. They are quality frames by Nicola Spring. What you see online is exactly what you will get. However, if the frames arrive cracked or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting summerartmelb@gmail.com and we will organise for a return and exchange. We don’t take responsibility for damaged occurred to the frames if it was done by someone or something at your end.
